Evangelia (nee) Arvanitis 92 passed away peacefully on December 28, 2016 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her husband, George, son Odesseus (Billy), her parents George and Vasiliki Arvanitis and sisiter Maria Kaloudis. She is survived by her son Mike, daughters Vikki Archondes Glock, Tina Archondes and son-in-law Billy Glock. Granddaughters, Angela Galanis, Stephanie, Christina & Julia Glock. Brother Kostas Arvanitis and her loving nieces and nephews. She was born in Kokkari, Samos Greece in 1924. Growing up she took care of the family farm which was the joy of her life. She left Greece in 1955 for a better life in America and moved to Beloit, Wisconsin where she met her husband George and became a proud american citizen. In 1964, they moved to Bloomfield, NJ and raised four children. Evangelia worked for the Annin Flag Company for over 20 years and remained in her home in Bloomfield to this day. She was a faithful Greek Orthodox Christian and was a member of St. Constantine and Helen in Orange, NJ. Evangelia loved people from all walks of life and would help anyone in their time of need.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Archondes family are preferred.
